The Challenge

Two major UK broadcasters, traditionally competitors, partnered to deliver a unified advertising and content distribution solution. Aligning their systems was complex due to differing infrastructures, the need to preserve strict customer data privacy, and the requirement for near real-time ad targeting and reach calculations across organisational boundaries.

Our Approach
